Challenge
The client had a 10×20 space to work with but they had a lot of things they wanted implemented. They needed closet space for their miscellaneous items to store away and not be exposed to customers. They wanted a horizontal industrial fridge somewhere in the booth but accessible quickly when they need to serve their food items. The location of the booth at the show put them inwards but they wanted more counter space to work with. Since this booth was new, we had to do a lot of custom work on our end to piece everything together and have the correct parts to make it work. Once everything was in its place, and graphics were all connected, the booth would finally come together.
Solution
The customer decided to go with a smaller closet because of the overlap between the front of the closet and the end of the counter. The longer counter was the center piece for the display with a front customer counter and a counter in the kitchen area for the client. Also being able to put shelving in the closet made the decision much easier to keep the smaller closet with minimal effort to store things. The biggest challenge was the actual framing of the display. When all the graphics were applied, you wouldn’t be able to tell a difference from a customers view. Behind the counter was a lot of trial and error, custom welding frame work, extra parts and pieces, and uneven units. When everything was assembled it was a fantastic custom counter that could be used for many more shows to come.
Results
The client loved the final results, they changed a few minor graphic designs to keep updated with their current branding, sent over new flooring to be laid out at the show, and the booth was fully packed to be shipped in one crate with the exception of the flooring.
